To qualify for a return, refund, or exchange, please ensure that:

  • The item is completely unworn, unwashed, and in its original pristine condition.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items: Customized or bespoke tailored outfits, and items purchased during final clearance or major warehouse sales, cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged.

2. How to Initiate Your Return

We’ve made the process straightforward for busy parents:

Step 2 : Ship the Item Back:

Securely pack the outfit back into its original packaging. Ship the package to our warehouse address provided by our support team. (Note: For local exchanges in certain cities, we can arrange a convenient doorstep reverse-pickup for a small courier fee!)

Step 3: Inspection & Approval:

Once your package arrives at our facility, our quality control team will inspect the item within [e.g., 2-3] business days to ensure it meets our return criteria.

3. Refund Options

Once your return is approved, you can choose one of the following refund methods:

  • Store Credit (Recommended): Receive a digital gift card code via email/SMS for the exact amount paid. This credit never expires and can be used instantly to buy a different size or style.

  • Direct Bank Transfer / Mobile Wallet: For local orders within Pakistan, we can transfer your refund directly to your bank account, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash within [e.g., 5-7] business days.

  • Credit/Debit Card Reverse: For international or card payments, the refund will be credited back to your original payment card. Please note it can take [e.g., 7-10] business days for your bank to post the funds to your account.

4. Shipping Fees for Returns

  • If we made a mistake: If you received a defective item, a damaged outfit, or the wrong size/style, we cover 100% of the shipping costs to fix it.

  • For change of mind or standard size selection: The customer is responsible for the courier charges to ship the item back to our warehouse. However, for standard size exchanges, we will mail your replacement size back to you free of charge!

  • International Shipments: Customers shopping outside of Pakistan are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties.
